Sony has pulled nine new Sorcery screenshots out of its magic hat, and that's quite enough contrived magical jokes for one news article. These new images show off the colourful environments and powerful spells we'll be able to cast using the PlayStation Move controller when the anticipated PS3 exclusive releases next month, and it's looking rather tasty. And yes, you can turn into a small furry animal with the shape-changing Polydrink.

Sorcery seems to be coming on in leaps and bounds since I tried it out nearly two years ago, both in terms of art direction and mechanics. Here's hoping that it will provide a killer app for the PlayStation Move peripheral.
