Capcom has released a whole swathe of new Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney 5 screenshots [via Andriasang], showing off the newly-announced courtroom sequel in its new home on the 3DS. Interestingly, a couple of the screens appear to illustrate a brand new gameplay mechanic, which seemingly revolves around matching facial expressions to the situation at hand. You'll also get to see Wright's new female partner, some reprobates and a bomb (that we believe is used to blow up the courthouse at the beginning of the game, thus sparking off Wright's investigation).
We're thrilled that Phoenix Wright is coming out of retirement to dramatically point his index finger at things... but don't hold your breath. Level-5's localisation process is painstakingly laborious and we're unlikely to see Ace Attorney 5 in the West for many months yet.
