I Am Alive Resurfaces in Leaked Trailer

I Am Alive caused something of a stir when it was revealed at E3 in 2009.  Since then, we've heard next to nothing about Ubisoft's long in-development title, apart from the fact that I Am Alive was leaked some time earlier this year.  Now, a Youtube user has uploaded a trailer showcasing some of the game's features, and it has to be said, I Am Alive is intriguing us all over again.

Uncharted meets The Road in the short video, which depicts protagonist Adam searching for supplies while simultaneously making sure not to run into any of the apocalypse's nastier inhabitants.  At the time of filming, the game was clearly still in its early stages of development, with slightly jarring animations still needing to ironed out.  Nevertheless, it's a fascinating look at the game, which even now is on the brink of becoming vaporware.  Check out the trailer below:

Been waiting for this one for a while, hope it makes it out of the land of wind and ghosts.

Thanks XKXDPF-Forums!!! Your thirty second intro was awesome!

Haha, I should've included the tag at the end to skip the introduction admittedly, but credit where credit is due I suppose...

I'm also hoping this one makes it out of its development turmoil, it looks like an interesting concept, and one I'm very keen on trying out.

I'm hoping this one finally sees the light of the day too. I was glad when True Crime: Hong Kong got picked up by Square Enix as well. All I need now is news on Shenmue 3 and This is Vegas!

I'm with you on Shenmue 3 Jeebus. Liked the first one, loved the second one, still waiting on the third one...

I can see it now, E3 2012: "Sega announce return to console manufacturing, Dreamcast 2 will ship with Shenmue 3."

Excuse me while I go and cry in the corner...
