Dealspwn's Indie Game of the Year 2011, Bastion, and 2010 winner Super Meat Boy have recently passed epic sales milestones. Super Meat Boy passed the one million mark and Bastion has hit 500,000.
"Fun Fact: Super Meat Boy past the million sales mark last month! PLATINUM BABY," said Team Meat on their Twitter stream.
"We're happy to have this many people playing and to be in a position to make more games on our own terms," said Bastion's writer and designer Greg Kasavin, penning an announcement on Supergiant Games' official blog a couple of days ago.
"When we set out to make Bastion, a sales number like that seemed astronomical to us, so it feels great to have hit that mark. It goes to show that a lot of folks out there like what we're doing and want us to keep going, which is great, because we intend to stick together as a team and do just that."
So yes, just in case you were still on the fence, these numbers should help convince you to get involved! Congratulations, guys.
