Bayonetta Hitting PSN Next Week, Costs £11.99

If you've yet to play the best brawler of this generation (no, really, it is), Bayonetta will be available to download on PSN next week for £11.99. This is a £3 saving compared to its downloadable Xbox Live counterpart, though note that the PS3 version was let down by some frame rate issues and pronounced screen tearing from time to time. I daresay that a little legwork will find you cheaper used copies elsewhere, but it might be worth paying for the convenience.

Bayonetta 2 will be a Wii U exclusive and is potentially set to feature dual foot-wielded whips as an equippable weapon if the latest dev diary is anything to go by.

Erm, are you serious?

It's been £3.99 pre owned from Blockbuster marketplace for the last 2 months.

There is no convenience whatsoever in buying a game for £11.99 for a 2 hour download with no physical value, versus waiting 2 days for a physical copy which is £8 cheaper.

Basically, you could get 3 copies of bayonetta from blockbuster if you wanted, for the rip off PSN price.

Bayonetta has been under a tenner for well over a year now, it dropped in price just like the recent Deus Ex did.

Clearly a lot of people are paying the expensive prices on PSN though. Far Cry 3 was the number 1 PSN download the other week, despite the nasty £49.99 price tag.
