BF3: Armored Kill Drop Dates Confirmed

EA Games and DICE have confirmed the release dates for the next slice of Battlefield 3 action - the tank-heavy, vehicle-focused expansion Armored Kill.

Dropping the details on the game’s website, the timetable of release will see Battlefield 3 Premium members receive the DLC first, with PS3 receiving priority over other platforms. The schedule is as follows:

  • Sept. 4th - PS3 Premium
  • Sept. 11th - PC & Xbox 360 Premium
  • Sept. 18th - PS3 general release
  • Sept. 25th - PC & Xbox 360 general release

As well as featuring Tank Superiority - a mode that will see 64 players each get their own tank - Armored Kill will add five new drivable vehicles to the game, along with 20 further vehicle unlocks, with Death Valley serving up the largest map seen in the franchise's history ever.
