Activision's Dan Amrich has splurged a whole bunch of details regarding the imminent Black Ops II Revolution DLC bundle on his blog, alongside an exclusive gameplay video that takes a little look at on of the new levels that'll be included in the download.
Set in and around a Venice Beach skatepark, 'Grind' looks set to be a run-and-gun haven of fast-paced, constantly moving action.
"Picture the greatest skate and BMX park you can imagine," reported Amrich. "Half pipes, a full pipe that snakes through several turns, bleachers for fans to watch the Vert Games, a pro shop, and plenty of ramps inside and out. Now throw in soldiers with guns. Radical!"
"The thing that’s cool about Grind is that you have a lot of curved walls,” added online game director, Dan Bunting. “That forces you to stand out in the open and stay on the move. It gives it a fast paced vibe. Use the center as your cross through and use it to cut in from one path to the other — that’s probably the best way to stay alive.”
The DLC arrives on Xbox 360 from tomorrow, with release dates for other platforms TBA. You can find Amrich's full rundown of all of the DLC's offerings over on One of Swords
