It was only yesterday that Tom posted HMV's great £17.99 Blazblue deal but, not satisfied with having the best price for the game, they've decided to slash it again and now you can grab a copy for under £15!
With the next best price for either version coming in at £20.84 you stand to save yourself at least a fiver.

The beat-em-up market is a seriously competitive one and with Street Fighter IV deftly KO-ing all its opponents, is there any real reason to buy Blazblue? Luckily for its developer, Arc, the answer is "probably". It doesn't share the goliath's immense production values but this new rival does have some nice unique characteristics that make it worth a try for fans of the genre. The graphics are all-round rather lovely with some very nice and well animated character models and a variety of interesting and appealing environments in which to test their skills. Guilty Gear fans should be relieved to hear that the gameplay is also furious, fun and very fast. As a staunch Soul Calibur supporter, I was pleased to see the inclusion of weapons in the battles, rather than typical hand-to-hand only combat.
Blazblue: Calamity Trigger is not the most immediately welcoming of games and it would be nice if there were more than just 12 characters to choose from but if you give it a chance you will find a satisfying and deep beat-em-up title that you may just come to love.
