Call Of Duty: Ghosts Will Have Dedicated Servers On Xbox One

Taking the stage during Microsoft's (non-livestreamed) Gamescom showcase, Activision has announced that Call Of Duty: Ghosts will provide dedicated servers as standard on Xbox One, taking advantage of Microsoft's enormous server infrastructure and cloud hosting. Thus "ensuring the best multiplayer experience will be on Xbox One," according to Xbox Wire.

Infinity Ward also revealed a new multiplayer mode, Blitz, that sees teams attacking score zones on opposite sides of the map. When a player enters the score zone, they're teleported back to base for another run. We'll see more of it tomorrow.

Ah yes, the deciding factor on whether I buy this pile of junk... will PC have dedicated servers or will we be back with the retarded son of a really bad idea called IWnet?!

The Playstation 4 will not get dedicated servers. The Xbox One and PC however will get dedicated servers. Source: http://www.noshitshurlock.com/call-of-duty-ghosts-will-have-dedicated-servers-on-xbox-one/
