"It's the coolest game in the hood"

Yo dawg, so we heard you like Call Of Duty: Ghosts and Snoop Dogg. So we put Snoop Dogg... inside your Call Of Duty: Ghosts! OHHHHHHH[that's enough lame Pimp My Ride references for one day - Ed]

It's true: Snoops McGoops is set to make yet another videogame appearance thanks to the Snoop Dogg Voice Pack, which will be available to download from April 22nd on Xbox Live. He'll narrate your actions, laugh at your failings, mete out helpful advice and generally make the game more... awesome, I guess. It'll only cost a couple of quid.

"My voice can be connected to a game that's so hip and so hood," Mr. Dogg Esq. said in the announcement trailer. "It's the coolest game in the hood. All my homies play this game."

So there's that.

This isn't the first time Snoop Dogg has starred in or promoted a videogame, since he's featured in Tekken Tag Tournament 2 as a playable fighter, launched his own (terrible) title and even helped promote Rayman Legends in one of the weirdest campaigns we've ever seen. Are you going to pick up his latest collaboration?

Every game should have a Snoop Dogg voiceover option. They already have Nolan North and Troy Baker options, so surely adding Snoop as a third wouldn't be too hard?

Do you remember when Call of Duty was a realistic recreation of the horrors and realities of war, a tribute to the sacrifice and courage of soldiers who fought, killed and died, for freedom?

@stevenjameshyde: We're all about consumer choice, so I guess I agree. Just imagine how much better the likes of Journey and Thomas Was Alone would be, for starters.

@davidpanik: Nope. Nor can Activision.

@Zeipher: He'd be a perfect fit for Internal Invasion, surely?

Drippy from Ni No Kuni would be my dream Snoop Dogg voiceover. Find and replace "cry-baby bunting" with "mother******"
