This week: I Heart Panda
I don't know about you, but watching England play footie (much like watching England play any team-based sport - rugby, cricket, underwater basket weaving) is an exercise in frayed nerves and fickle proclamations, paradoxical extremes of denial and hope and pant-wetting frustration delivered from the safe haven that comes with hiding from the action behind a cushion, or that fat bloke in the pub. Personally I just kind of wanted to give Rob Green a hug, the man looked so sad (and rightly so), but methinks a pink panda might have done the job better.
You see apparently the world is full of sad people, and the best way to sort this out is to fire pink pandas at them from a large cannon whereupon they turn their frowns upside-down and begin to see the world in colours other than grey, listen to music that doesn't feature Morrissey and believe in the redemptive power of love. Well...hopefully.
In this fun little physic-based puzzler you're not looking to twat a gorilla in the face with exploding bananas or crush unsuspecting members of royalty with boulders, instead you're trying to spread the joy with lots of cuddly panda projectiles. Never mind that a panda fired from a cannon would probably be angry enough to literally eat your head, or that they're really not pink, this matters not. What does matter is that this is a wonderfully whimsical game with some delightful presentation and a charming soundtrack that is guaranteed to put a smile on your face even on the most rainy of days.
