Confirmed: No MGS5 At E3 This Year

In a Q and A session on the latest Kojima Productions podcast, Hideo Kojima confirmed that there'll be no appearance for MGS5 at E3 this year, but that there would be something special happening next year for Metal Gear's 25th anniversary.

He also denied that he'd be appearing at Microsoft's presser, said there'd be no MGS4 port for the NGP and confirmed that Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D would be here by the end of the year for 3DS.
