Dealspwn Christmas Contest Winner Announcement!

The contest winner's mother, yesterday

In our recent Dealspwn Christmas contest to give away a gaming console package of your choice, we had an overwhelming response! There were over 750 comments in that thread alone. Most people seemed very keen to own the Playstation 3 package, and it was the most popular request. There was poetry, there was begging, there was tweeting, there were tears. But a winner had to be selected!

Using a complicated process involving a bowler hat, a flock of carrier pigeons and a packet of jelly babies, we came up with a name! Eh, who am I kidding, I used Microsoft excel and random.org. Dealspwner JAMES has won the Playstation 3 package deal! Congratulations James! The prize is winging its way to James as we speak, and I hope he gets it in time for Christmas morning.

Many thanks to everyone who entered the contest… but keep your eyes open for another one in the next few weeks (subscribe to RSS feeds or daily emails to keep up-to-date)!
