Diablo III Preorder £22.97/£19.52 with FTSL15-1 Voucher @ Tesco Entertainment [PC Games]

It's been nearly ten years since Diablo II first wowed us with its epic dark fantasy universe and multiplayer excellence, but the long-awaited sequel is almost within our grasp. Well,  a few months away, technically. Diablo III promises to deliver the "definitive" action role-playing game... and considering Blizzard's credentials I'm inclined to believe them.

Tesco Entertainment currently has the cheapest price for Diablo III at £22.97 (tied with Amazon), which can be brought down to an even more impressive £19.52 using their infamous FTSL15-1 voucher code. This is a fantastic price for any new AAA PC title; and if you're considering a preorder, it might be worth looking into this deal. You'll save at least a couple of quid compared to Play.com... and over a fiver if you use the voucher.

Diablo III will propel us back into the dark and dangerous world of Sanctuary to face a renewed threat from the forces of Hell. Choosing from a selection of specialised character classes (including the brutish Barbarian and the undead-spawning Witch Doctor), we'll team up to battle hordes of terrifying enemies, scavenge better loot, level up, select some skills, sell the stuff we don't need and use our newfound knowledge and equipment to kill a load more enemies. And repeat. Diablo's 'just one more level up' formula is as addictive as it is ageless- and the new graphical sheen, Havok physics and newly revamped art style is looking extremely tasty indeed. We can't wait to get our hands on this one; and if you can't wait either, this might just be the deal you've been waiting for.

Many thanks to Ryan... who pwned this deal good and hard. Well spotted! Also, thanks to Phil for pointing out the incorrect release date.

"Well, four months away, technically"

Why dealspwn? why must you pollute the internet with your lies?

Note to anyone considering pre-ordering: It isn't out in 4 months...

I would guess around this time next year would be more accurate.

Also, your link states Diablo *2*, and points to play.com, not tesco.

how can one post contain so much fail? :P

Ah, you're right- it does indeed have a 2011 release. Edited and credited, many thanks!

on the bright side, it's unlikely anywhere will be selling it cheaper than this closer to the time (although might be an idea to see if any special editions pop up), plus starcraft 2 to look forward to in the meantime! :D
