Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen Gets Japanese Release Date

Capcom have announced a Japanese release date for the HUGE expansion - Dark Arisen - that will  be arriving this Spring for Dragon's Dogma.

Spotted by Siliconera in a trailer aired during a Famitsu livestream, Capcom Japan unveiled an April 25th release date for the expansion in Japan.

We're mightily hopeful that the expansion will arrive on both platforms as DLC here in the West, although Japan are getting a rather snazzy on-disc version. You can read our Dragon's Dogma review here.

If it's a significant addition I may have to go out and buy the game again, I did really enjoy it. It felt like an "old" game in a good way, if you know what I mean. The combat was quite modern and that was great still, but there was just something about it that gave me a feeling that I seldom get with current gen games, I don't really know how to describe it.
