Driver: San Francisco | £17.95 | The Hut/Zavvi | Wii, PC

As far as game demos go, Driver: San Francisco drew the short straw, leaving a whole heap of potential buyers less than impressed.  Don't let that digital travesty put you off what is actually a rather fine title though.  Sporting a premise as bizarre as a Shaft/Murder, She Wrote crossover, Driver: SF sees long-serving protagonist John Tanner thrown into a coma dream, thus allowing him (naturally) to shift into the physical form of any driver within a few-metre radius.  Hilarity (and sweet, sweet justice) ensues.  The Wii version is actually a prequel to the original Driver, so I'm told, but has received solid marks regardless.  Zavvi have matched The Hut's price, and both versions can now be enjoyed at well under £20, saving you a good £5 on PC, and a whopping £10 on Wii.  Thanks to andywedge @ HUKD
