Dungeon Defenders Free Weekend On Steam

Dungeon Defenders, the outstanding tower defence/RPG hybrid from Trendy Entertainment, will be free to play this weekend on Steam. Festivities kick off this afternoon at 17:00 GMT, and you can start pre-loading now. If you've yet to experience it, I'd suggest checking out our 9/10 Dungeon Defenders Review.

The base game and expansions will also be 50% off this weekend. We'll update when Steam make it official.

Hopefully the pc version isn't as bad as the Xbox version.

Which is absolutely plagued by arseholes and cheaters. You get kicked from 95% of games if you're NOT cheating, and those left are full of brainless idiots who are no help at all. Which defeats the purpose of a co-op based tower defence game.

When the DLC/patch came out I thought 'awesome, new patch will patch out the cheats so I an play again!'... But it didn't. It did absolutely nothing. Still plagued by cheats worse than ever.

Mind you, it's pointless not cheating anyway as the game has a great habit of randomly deleting all your entire accounts items... Equipped or banked, And all your gold. Harsh when you've legitimately spent weeks or months obtaining them.
