Some people hate it and others love it, personally I've spent years waking up early on the weekends to be treated to a bit of Formula 1 magic and the majority of F1 games are a fantastic challenge to take part in and are especially enjoyable when you've got to grips with a steering wheel controller.
The Hut are selling copies of the game with the added bonus of a steering wheel controller for £17.93 on the Wii, which is a nice saving of just over £4.50 on the next best price of £22.49 coming in from Cool Shop UK.
Now this might not be the best looking game in the world but the driving certainly makes up for it and handles very well. The steering wheel controller has a slot for the Wii-mote so that you can utilise its motion sensitive controls, however I'm still not a fan of this on a Wii racing title as you just don't get as much control as you do with the joystick on the nunchuck.
Formula 1 games in general tend to have the best racing tracks on offer and this is no exception, which is hardly surprising when you consider the quality of their real life counterparts. You'll also be able to take your pick from a selection of some of the sport's best drivers including Jenson Button, Lewis Hamilton, and Rubens Barrichello.
Provided you can look past the rough looking graphics, short and simple single player, and split screen only multiplayer, F1 2009: Formula 1'll reward you with a fun driving experience that's second to none on the Wii.
