Fallout 3 lets you roam around the wastelands of Washington D.C., where you'll battle super mutants, avoid ghastly ghouls, and decide whether to fight for good or turn to evil.
You can grab a copy of the game on both Xbox 360 and PS3 for £14.98 from Sendit, which is a bargain for a game you'll almost certainly play more than once, provided you can find the time. Also, you'll save nearly £6 on the next best price for the Xbox version, and just over £5 for the nearest offer on the PS3 version.

Before Fallout 3 came along, I was in doubt that I'd find another free roaming game which would come close to beating Oblivion. The blend of post-apocalyptic environments, gun battles, engrossing main story, and a whole host of zany characters, was a winning combination that elevated Fallout into my list of favourite games very quickly.
Should you get bored of the main game, a scenario that I for one can't see being very likely, the GOTY edition comes with five add-on packs, which'll keep you on the path of survival for that little bit longer.
Operation: Anchorage is a bit of a disappointment, due to its linear nature and the fact that almost everything you've collected including your precious weapons vanishes, which isn't something you want considering how long it takes to find things and I for one found myself cursing at the screen and quickly scrabbling through my saved games to try and salvage something from this terrible situation. Another tip, if you find your way into the base that houses the military simulator, don't accept the clothing that allows to use it unless your definitely going to commit to playing it, as you'll be wasting precious space in your inventory otherwise.
The Pitt, drops you into whats left of Pittsburgh, where you'll have to deal with slaves and raiders alike.
By the time you get to the end of the main game there are two things you want to do, one try and find someway to fight alongside the colossal Liberty Prime once again, and two destroy what remains of the Enclave. Luckily, this is exactly what the Broken Steel add-on allows you to do.
Mothership Zeta starts off with you being abducted by aliens and you then need to escape whilst working out exactly what the little grey creatures intentions are. Zeta isn't much of a challenge, but it makes up for this by being incredibly entertaining and the alien weapons you can pick up are easily amongst the best in the game.
Point Lookout takes you into the swamps of Maryland, where you'll have to take on the inbred locals, think Deliverance mixed with Swamp Thing.
Fallout 3 is a cracking game and the chance to get hold of it along with the add-ons isn't something you should pass up on.
