Happy Star Wars Day folks! To celebrate this occasion, aside from observing a minute's silence for the persistent non-existence of Battlefront 3, here are a couple of Star Wars-related piece from the vaults

What are your favourite Star Wars titles?
X-Wing vs TIE Fighter, for sure. I loved both the X-Wing and TIE Fighter games, but bringing them together was a revelation for me. Assault Gunboat FTW.
Also, Rogue Squadron. Always, always Rogue Squadron. Always you. Make another one, dammit!
Oh, and KOTOR.
My favourite was Star Wars:Rebellion (or supremecy in some countries)

Combined my love for RTS with Star Wars and was a hell of a lot better than Empire at War as it didnt try and ram some stupid story down your throat, all it did was drop you into the timeline straight after the events of Episode IV and then either as the Empire you had to crush the Rebellion, or as the Rebellion you had to hang on and rise to defeat the Empire. Brilliant stuff and deserves a re-make (tho a graphical remake only please, no meddling!)
Yup for me it was the X-wing/ Tie fighter games. I think Tie fighter had the edge
I've loved so many. X-Wing was great. TIE Fighter was even better. I loved KOTOR and its sequel. Then there was Battlefront 1 and 2, Pod Racer, Battlegrounds, Rebellion. And Rogue Squadron. Yes, Rogue Squadron. But my favourites just might be the Jedi Knight series. I adore them all from Dark Forces all the way through to Raven's Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy. Finally getting to play using the double-bladed lightsaber was awesome.
Battlefront, 2 player co-op on the xbox.
Also Jedi Knight 2 (Outcast), back when I didnt have an amazing PC so had to suffer sreen tearing from lack of v-sync and it was still amazing. Yeah Matt... double lightsabre in 3 was amazing... multiplayer 1 on 1 too, that was loads of fun!
I was VERY disapointed with Force Unleashed.
I think the closest thing I've played to a Star Wars game is Soul Calibur IV. Was pretty decent though
