Nintendo Europe have confirmed that JRPG Fire Emblem: Awakening will be coming to the 3DS in the UK this year, with a release window tentatively pointing towards the autumn. The game will release in Japan on April 19th.
The DLC available post-launch will include new maps and story episodes, but you'll have to pay for it. That said, it will be free in Japan for a limited time.
Mario Tennis Open was given a shout out too, with the madcap sports titles arriving on 3DS in Europe on May 25th.
Nintendo have also announced that the 3DS Virtual Console will be receiving Game Gear support, with Famitsu confirming [via andriasang] that SEGA will be starting the service on March 14th in Japan, with three titles supported at launch: Shinobi, Sonic & Tales 2 and Dragon Crystal Shirani's Maze.
