Out Next Month, Based Off E3 2011 Code
Forza 4 careens onto store shelves on October 14th, but in case you require further convincing that Turn 10's racing simulator extravaganza is worth your hard-earned cash, a demo is available on the 3rd of October, where it can be found on the Xbox Live Marketplace, as per usual. The demo is supposedly based off the E3 2011 code - which also showed up at GamesCom, Jon's preview has all you need to know - and featured four cars, the Kia cee'd, 1970 Mercury Cougar Eliminator, 2011 Subaru WRX STI and 2011 Ferrari 599 GTO.
Furthermore, the Forza 4 demo will be your first introduction to the newfangled Rivals Mode, which has you setting track records and attempting to best your friends, even if they're not online. Very similar to Need for Speed's popular Autolog system. You can also jump into a Quick Race if you just want to check out the handling or whatever else floats your Forza boat. [Eurogamer]
