Forza Motorsport 2 and an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller £18.99 @ Powerplay Direct [Xbox 360 Games]

If you're looking for a decent racer and need a wireless controller either for a bit of local multiplayer, or as a superior alternative to a wired controller, then this might be the deal for you.

You can grab a copy of the game on the 360 along with the wireless gamepad for £18.99 from Powerplay Direct, which should save you almost £7 over purchasing them separately.

With 300 cars to choose from as soon as you put the disk into your console and more that can be added through downloadable content, Forza 2's every petrol-heads dream game and even if you're not that familiar with cars after a few hours of play you should develop a new appreciation for tearing things up in top of the range automobiles and come away talking like a pro. Messing around with your chosen car is great fun and with numerous upgrades along with the chance to customise its appearance you'll create something completely unique to break the speed limit in. The physics are the highlight of the game though and'll adjust almost instantaneously to a number of factors including even the slightest bit of damage that you might possibly sustain whilst being given a friendly nudge from on of your opponents.

The wireless 360 pad is my favourite controller out of this generation of consoles because it's perfectly settles into the palm of your hands and the buttons are mere centimetres from your fingertips, so you'll never obtain an injury through over-stretching due to a ridiculous button combination. You'll also be able to throw away any wired pads you might have lying around, trust me you won't want to use one when you've got the choice of picking up a wireless controller, but make sure you grab a play and charge kit because although they don't eat up batteries as quickly as some of the other controllers on the market, you'll definitely make a significant saving on batteries by using rechargeable ones.

In my opinion, this is a pretty good combination with a great price tag that you definitely won't be disappointed with.
