Full Downloadable Vita Launch Lineup Confirmed, Priced

More Expensive Than Retail, On Average

Sony has confirmed the full PlayStation Store download launch library for the PS Vita ahead of tomorrow's release, including pricing but (un?)surprisingly not memory requirements. Get it after the break or over at the Euro PlayStation Blog.

However, despite Sony's protestations to the contrary, this launch lineup is considerably more expensive than boxed retail for the major launch titles at least. Aggravating.

Uncharted at £24.99 and I would have been impressed. Really don't understand the thinking behind it. I'd price the download version £5 under the retail price at amazon.co.uk or something like that. I can't see myself purchasing any full title by download.

There's a fat rant coming about this.

For some reason, I can't stop thinking about the PSP GO. Weird.

It's like these people see Steam and the massive amounts of money it makes, without realising quite why it makes all the money.
