Gemini Rue, the award winning Sci-Fi adventure from WadjetEye studios, has now received an exclusive demo. Our full review will be hitting at 5:01 today, but why not give this remarkable Indie gem a try for yourselves in the meantime?
You can grab the demo over at GameFront (the artist formerly known as FileFront)... and let me assure you, it's absolutely worth doing. Gemini Rue won the 2010 Independent Game Festival Showcase and featured in last year's Eurogamer Indie Arcade, and we've been keeping a close eye on the proceedings after it dragged our attention away from the likes of Fable III and Bulletstorm.
Gemini Rue tells the story of Azriel Odin, a hard-bitten (and improbably-named) detective who's drawn to a bleak and corrupt city in order to find his missing brother. A slick interface, fantastic script and puzzles that rely on common sense rather than randomly combining items make for an impressive adventure outing. Oh, and just in case you needed any further incentive, the art style takes its cues from Blade Runner and Cowboy Bebop.
Keep your eyes peeled for our full review later today!
