At A Glance: Roundup 17th-23rd February 2014

Rarely has a studio closure felt like such a loss as it has with Irrational Games, who binned most of their staff this week, meaning it's down to 2K to bring us more Bioshock in the future. Other news highlights include the Xbox One struggling with high resolutions again, a stability patch for the PS4 (please work!), Strike Suit Zero is coming to PS4, Doom 4 is still alive, XBL had a decent sale for once and Infamous is getting a lengthy lock-in tour at Game.

We (Jon) have been busy with the reviews this week bringing you verdicts on the latest EDF game, Rambo (it actually exists), Steel Diver: Sub Wars and NPPD Rush. I was convinced to review a game too in the shape of Legend of Kay on PSN. Not that it took much convincing -you play as a ninja cat!

Another busy week in our features sections sees hands-on reports for the likes of South Park: The Stick of TruthCloudbuilt, Infamous: Second Son and Titanfall. There are plenty of videos for you to sit back and enjoy too for essential titles like Titanfall, WildStar, Cloudbuilt, Void of Darkness,Thief interview, Carl's Reload show and erm, Rambo. Carl has a Q&A for the next part of Guild Wars 2, Chris has a deeper look at Nintendo's disappointing Direct broadcasts, and I wonder what the hell has happened to Tekken X Street Fighter (it's eloped with The Last Guardian and is spawning aggressive dragon punching bird-cat creatures on a beach somewhere).
