Zavvi’s latest offer doesn’t beat the Amazon’s previous best of a tenner, but it certainly is the best price around at the moment. It beats out retailer partner The Hut by £2 at the time of writing.
There is plenty to get through in Polyphony Digital’s latest driving experience, and with the recent 2.0 update there have been tweaks galore to improve aspects across the board. Those after arcade style gaming should look elsewhere, but if you want a realistic driving game on your PS3 you should definitely consider this. Thanks to goonertillidie @ HUKD!
Amazon have dropped the price for the PS3’s driving simulator down to a tenner, which might finally tempt you if you’ve yet to give it a go. With several retailers being out of stock it makes Play the next cheapest alternative, meaning there is a saving of a fiver to be had.

There are a few little disappointments scattered here and there in Gran Turismo 5, like the disgusting menus and the restrictive car choice in Career mode, but luckily the racing is an absolute joy to be a part of. There are loads of really good looking cars tearing around the track and the cars' handling is superb. Amazon are parting with PS3 copies of the game for £9.97, which'll make you a saving of almost £5 on the next best offers coming in from The Hut and Zavvi. Thanks to wile @ HUKD.
We highlighted a deal for the Collector’s Edition last month for a cracking price, but Zavvi have gone and reduced it a tiny bit more. The saving isn’t as great this time round, thanks to other retailers falling in line, but you can still save yourself a fiver in comparison to the next best offer from The Hut.
In addition to the game you will find 5 exclusive cars in the ChromeLime pack, a 200 page driving strategy guide, 5 art cards, and a dynamic theme for your PS3, all housed in a commemorative slip case with inlay sleeve art. It’s a nice little bundle, and with the recent 2.0 updates adding more features to the game, it might be the perfect time to get your drive on. Thanks to Colin90 @ HUKD!
If the lure of driving around tracks in super cars at top speed isn't enough to make you buy a copy of Gran Turismo 5, then perhaps you'll be tempted by the extras featured in the collector's edition. So, this is what you'll get; collector's edition packaging with commemorative slip case, collector's edition inlay sleeve art, a 200+ page drivers/strategy guide, five collector's edition art cards, five collector's edition 'ChromeLine' car pack, and an exclusive polyphony designed dynamic theme. Oh yeah, and from what I can tell you'll also save yourself around £20. Thanks to missgem @ HUKD.
A quick cruise on over to Bee'll drop a copy of Gran Turismo 5 into your lap for almost £9 cheaper than the next best offer coming in from Choices UK. Even if you're not the biggest petrol head in the world it's hard not to be astounded by the beauty of the cars in this game, from luxurious Lamborghinis to the legendary Bugatti Veyron. Of course it'd be a pretty boring game if you just sat around staring at automobiles all day, so it's a good job that they handle like a dream whether you're observing them from above or sat behind the wheel. Thanks to lumsar 31 @ HUKD.
ShopTo already have GT5 as the lowest price on their site by about £6 (with Bee.com out of stock...slender, early promotion there perhaps?), but you can get it for a pound less than that and take the price below thirty quid if you go to their eBay page. Unlike most marketplace merchants, these are listings stuck up by large merchant chains, often to swiftly dispense with stock, and are fulfilled in the same fashion. Therefore you needed worry about a thing when ordering. Nice one jamiehartle at HUKD.
If yesterday was a slow day for deals, then today has been something of a crawl. That said, there’s been some great deals to make up for the lack of content, and now that I’ve recovered from watching the madness of the trailer for We Dare Jon posted last night, I’d say it was time to show you the best three!
Considering this only came out today, Game Gears is onto a winner with this one. I’ve only had about an hour with Killzone 3 so far, but it’s loud, intense, and action packed (but mainly loud.) PS3 owners looking to take on the Helghast should head on over to the deal while the offer is this good.
It’s taken a little while for the price to get below the £30 mark, but thanks to Bee.com GT5 is now reaching a wallet-friendly level. Now we’re past the hype of a several years wait it’s fair to say the game is a stunning driving simulator, and this deal is one you petrol-heads should definitely check out.
Green Man Gaming have netted themselves a hat-trick this week with the Total War series, this being the third time in as many days that they’ve featured on the deals roundup. It’s with good reason though, as the series is top notch and the prices have been superb. Be sure to check it out before the deal expires at midnight!
The long-awaited driving simulator finally arrived at the end of last year, and while it contained a clunky menu and a temperamental online system that hampered proceedings, a few months on a few patches have fixed things providing a definitive driving experience for consoles, and with the price now below £30 for the first time it is definitely worth a look. So, what has GT5 got to offer? A bucket-load of tracks (along with course creator), several bucket-loads of cars (and the ability to damage them), a go-karting experience, and weather effects to contend with. That said, those looking for arcade-style action should look elsewhere; it really is only for the petrol-heads among you.
It’s worth noting however that Bee.com’s customer service is a little less-than-satisfactory, so if something does go wrong with the order you could be in for a headache. Thanks to AgentSingh @ HUKD!
Wow, fancy making a saving on the ludicrously expensive Gran Turismo 5 Collector's Edition? Then hop on over to Games Centre where it's available for just £54.99, although hurry as stock is very, very low! The Collector's Edition is simply overflowing with swag, from the swanky packaging to the exclusive 'Chrome Line' car pack and an even a Polyphone exclusive dynamic theme. The game itself isn't bad, either. Although I run the risk of disturbing a hornet's nest with a statement like that. Allow me to atone. Gran Turismo 5 is the greatest ever. Happy?
