Halo 4 Multiplayer Will Need 8GB Of Hard Drive Space

According to a post on Xbox.com, Halo 4 is going to require a whopping amount of hard drive space to function. "At a minimum, you’ll need at least an 8GB USB Flash Drive or an Xbox 360 Hard Drive to play Multiplayer mode in Halo 4," reads the update, which then proceeds to encourage players with 4GB Arcade and Core consoles to buy a hard drive or invest in an official USB flash drive.

We don't know whether this 8GB will include space for the free Spartan Ops downloadable cooperative campaign, which will be doled out on a weekly basis.

It sounds like they are forcing everyone to install the game to be allowed to play multiplayer. They should add a few more G to that for all the saved films people can make :)
