My Health Coach - Stop Smoking with Allen Carr £3.50 @ Game Collection [DS Games]With unprecedented amounts of toxic gases being released into the atmosphere everyday, with slabs of ice the size of Manhattan breaking off the arctic shelf, and with the world’s reserves of carbon energy dwindling at an all time low, few could despite the fact that cigarette smokers are the ones we really need to be attacking.

O yeah and of course people who use too many plastic bags at the supermarket- it just makes perfect sense. There’s a world wide environmental crisis with potentially apocalyptic repercussions, and how do the government decide to react? By condemning people who smoke cigarettes and people who use plastic bags at the supermarket. That’s really going to make the world much cleaner and healthier place.

So if you need a bit of extra help quitting now that smoking has suddenly become completely anti-social and morally repulsive, you can get hold of a copy of Allen Carr’s ‘My health Coach: Stop Smoking’ for just £3.50.

The game will guide you through various interactive activities which bring to bear many interesting and shocking facts about smoking. So if you’ve been toying with the idea of quitting for some time, this game just might provide that extra push you so desperately need. But, speaking as an x smoker now clean for two years, the secret behind quitting smoking - in my opinion - is actually wanting to quit.

If you really have had enough of smoking – because it makes you sink, makes you feel dirty, saps your energy etc – then it’s actually quite easy to just shrug off that weird, niggling craving you get all over your chest in the evening (honestly if you just ignore it, it does go away!). If you don’t want to quit however, because you like the taste and enjoy the routine of going out for a fag, you’ll exaggerate the craving in your head and use at as an excuse to keep smoking. If you ask me, it’s 99% psychological, so if you have the right attitude, getting over the physical side is easy.My Health Coach - Stop Smoking with Allen Carr £3.50 @ Game Collection [DS Games]

Hey, plastic bags really are a serious problem! :P

With you on the smoking thing though. Personally i hate it but it's a personal choice & people should stop interfering with said choices. Smokers contribute far more money to the country than they cost it so really they're doing more harm than good to society. So long as they don't breathe their smoke in my face that is...
