Oooh, now that's an incentive to purchase an annual subscription, am I right? Sony continue to deliver with Playstation Plus, offering up tangible rewards for investing in their yearly membership and this month sees two blockbusters and a completely bizarre, colourful action-platformer added to the Instant Game Collection.
PlayStation Plus subscribers will get free access to Bulletstorm, Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition and Hell Yeah! Wrath of Dead Rabbit during October.
Hell Yeah! will be free from tomorrow, with Bulletstorm and Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition arriving 10th October. They'll replace Red Dead Redemption, Lara Croft & the Guardian of Light and Saints Row 2, so get downloading if you haven't already.
There are a few deals across the month too, including a 50% sale on Speluer and its DLC:
- 3rd October: Spelunker HD – 50% off the full game and 50% off various DLC packs for two weeks
- 10th October: Derrick the Deathfin – 30% off
- 17th October: Dogfight 1942 – 50% off a bundle including the full game and two DLC packs
- 24th October: Hell Yeah! Wrath of Dead Rabbit – 20% off DLC packs
Sometimes I dream of a world where Microsoft reward their loyal subscribers with something other than permission to play the games that they've already bought online.
Then I wake up. [via PS Blog]
