Hot tip: get £20 PSN Credit for only £10 via pay-as-you-go deal

Another incredibly cheap PSN deal seems to have emerged involving Pay As You Go sim cards, which allow you to convert your mobile credit directly into PSN credit - effectively doubling your money in the process.

Here's how it works.

Step 1: order a free Sainsbury's Online SIM card here.

Step 2: top up £5, £10, £20 or £50 within 30 days and an equal amount of extra credit will be added.

Step 3: Follow the mobile credit to PSN wallet transfer guide.

A bit of a fuss, but probably well worth it for a huge amount of credit. Thanks Gooner!

Slightly curious. So you can top-up more than £10 and you should be eligible for the FOC double top-up?

I've ordered a SIM card anyway so will see what's happening when it arrives.

Cheers for the heads up.

Worked well but you lose a bit on the text to confirm transfer to PSN and can only go in multiples of £5.. free money though.

Thanks for the update SavageDonkey, glad to hear it works! :D

Interesting point about the text, though. I'll make sure I note that in any similar future deals.
