Everybody knows it's going on, but it's little things like this that help to spur the rumblings of excitement about the impending next generation of console and whet the appetite for this summer's array of conventions.
Modern Warfare developers Infinity Ward have posted up a job listing, searching for a senior animator interested in working with next-gen tech:
“Infinity Ward, developer of numerous award winning games, including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, is seeking a Senior Animator, preferably with experience in game development and an interest in working with next-generation technologies”.
Treyarch were hunting around for a senior software engineer to bring their "hugely successful game to a new console" back in October and Activision have shown support for Nintendo's upcoming Wii U, but there've also been rumours flying about regarding Microsoft and Sony's machinations in preparing new consoles.
