Insomniac: "We Won't Be Making Any More Resistances"

Insomniac have announced that they'll be putting the Resistance franchise to bed now that the trilogy has been concluded. Speaking to VG247 at the Game::Business::Law Summit, CEO Ted Price simply stated that "we won't be making any more Resistances," instead focusing on new multiplatform IP Overstrike and their social games service Insomniac Click. Price believes that "a huge evolution in visuals" is headed to social gaming over the next couple of years, and they're in on the ground floor.

Note, however, that Resistance: Burning Skies will be releasing for the PS Vita with Nihilistic at the helm.
