Airtight Games' Kim Swift, she of Portal fame, has praised Square Enix for being wonderfully supportive of her new project, Quantum Conundrum.
“They’ve been great partners for us so far,” Swift said, in an interview with Destructoid.
“Mike Fisher who is the head of Square Enix USA – he’s been really supportive of the project. He’s basically like, ‘we want you guys to be able to make the best game that you possibly can and have creative freedom and know that we’re in your corner.’”
Quantum Conundrum is shaping up to be a rather eccentric, first-person, platform-puzzler, with some glorious art direction, and no small amount of intelligence about it. It'll be arriving later this year on PSN and XBLA.
