Hideo Kojima has hinted at the possibility that Zone of the Enders 3 could use the FOX Engine, the new multiplatform development tool which Kojima Productions created in-house and announced at E3 earlier this year.
"We want to make that game as well, the only thing is that we don't have staff who are able to work on that game," Kojima told GamerFitNation in an interview at the VGAs. "We have an environment where we could work on it using the FOX Engine. If we had staff available to work on that game, we would like to."
Shower them with staff, Konami, please...pretty please with sugar on top....ahem...
Kojima also gave a brief heads-up on how development is progressing on the HD bumper pack of Z.O.E. and Z.O.E. 2.
"I'm working on them, they're working out pretty good, we're working at a pretty good pace," he said. "I can't announce a release date, but I can assure you guys it won't take that long. We're working on the beta versions."
