Beta NDAs, like pie crusts and promises, are made to be broken. A US gamer has already posted footage of Sony's upcoming game streaming service, PlayStation Now, running on PlayStation 3. It looks pretty slick, barring the occasional downtime spent checking connection speeds.
Since the original video was removed and re-uploaded by a third party, I don't know how long it will stay online, so watch it while you can.
PlayStation Now promises to provide a streaming catalogue of PS3 games, with cloud saves, across multiple devices. It's an exciting venture that's packed with potential (and potential hiccups), though us Europeans will likely have to wait months for the merest sniff of a beta.
