To say that Limbo impressed us would be an understatement. We awarded Playdead's bleak platformer with a rare 10/10 score when it released last year on XBLA... but like a number of downloadable Xbox 360 exclusives, it's possible that Limbo is planning to make the jump to PS3. It's been submitted to the Korean Ratings Board by Sony Computer Entertainment, which could well be the first step on the road to PSN. [GameSetWatch]
Playdead originally decided to market Limbo as an exclusive in order to guarantee a place in Microsoft's lucrative annual Summer Of Arcade promotion, but like Castle Crashers and Braid, it's easy for a downloadable title to expand to other platforms once a year is up. We'll keep an eye on the situation, PS3 owners - and keep you posted.
UPDATE: Playdead has confirmed that Limbo will indeed be hitting the Playstation, as well as Steam, "very soon." We'll let you know as soon they confirm a date.
