Logitech G25 Racing Wheel And Pedals £109.99 @ Play.com [PC, PS3, PS2 Games] A great deal here for any racing fans looking to take the virtual driving experience to a whole new level. Play.com are currently offering the Logitech G25 Racing Wheel plus Pedals for the price of £109.99. Admittedly Play did have this piece of kit up for just £99.99 a few months back, but if you were too slow and didn’t take advantage of that offer, here’s your chance to make up for it. Although £109.99 might be a tad more expensive, given that the RRP on the G25 Racing Wheel is £240, this is still a superb deal.

Looking over the reviews posted by customers who already own the G25 Racing Wheel, it’s clear what a brilliant piece of equipment this actually is. Practically every person who offered their opinion via the Play.com customer review section was completely bowled over by the quality of this product and the way it enhanced the experience of playing racing games such as GRID, Dirt 2 and Need for Speed.

The realistic force feedback and extreme sensitivity of the wheel were particular aspects which many customers singled out for praise. Pedal resistance is also superb, with realistic resistance on the break pedal compared to the accelerator. The only criticism which seemed to crop up every now and again was regarding the gearstick which some described as ‘frail’ and not as solid as the rest of the system. However most did acknowledge that this did little to undermine what is, overall, one of the best steering wheel systems which money can buy. Just a shame it doesn't work on the 360...

i think its becuase Play.com dont stock it anymore but for some reason keep it on they're website, i found this a lot with Play. Ive been trying to get a G25 for a couple weeks now, dont really want to shell out £150+ for pre owned, like sold on ebay.
Seen Play have the G27, maybe they will drop the price like they did with the G25....
