Mass Effect 3's Executive Producer, Casey Hudson, recently managed to pull in his 10,000th follower on Twitter. "That's good for him, but how does that benefit me?" you may well ask. Well to celebrate this fact, he released a picture of one of the game's new characters, James Vega.
All that's really known about Vega at this point is that he's a human Systems Alliance soldier, who's supposed to reflect the feelings of new players coming into the series, so there's no information yet as to how he'll interact with Commander Shepard and the rest of the crew, or how he'll fit into the interwoven story threads that have made the series such a joy to be a part of. Hopefully though, he's not a Kaidan Alenko clone, and can find his own unique place amongst the characters we already know and love.
Mass Effect 3's out for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 in March next year, and personally I can't wait to get my hands on it, so that I can cruise around in the Normandy defending the universe from the Reapers and other dastardly space villains, whilst revelling in the series' exceptional story.
