Max Payne 3 Multiplayer Trailer: Part 2

Bursts, Vendettas, Persistent Crews & More Bullet Time

Max Payne 3 has received its second multiplayer trailer, which elaborates on how Bullet Time and burst powerups have been worked into the gameplay. Players will form persistent online crews and take part in narrative-driven online matches that take inspiration from the singleplayer campaign. And if killed more than once by the same opponent, we'll be able to start a Vendetta against them, marking their position on the map and granting bonus experience after delivering sweet retribution.

You can watch part one of the multiplayer trailer here.

Max Payne 3 releases on May 18th for PS3 and Xbox 360, with the PC version trailing behind into early June. We'll soon find out if it's 'noir' enough for us.

It's in there, try reloading the page perhaps? We have an interesting relationship with iFrames here at Dealspwn, but should be working.

It all sounds extremely unlike a Max Payne game :(

I honestly don't think I will able to play this game - because every cell of my being is screaming at me that it's all wrong.

The do seem to have put alot of effort into the multiplayer side of things, I just hope they haven't skimped on the single player.

As it's you saying that, I'll probably love this! :)
