First of all, if you have a PSP and you don't own Half-Minute Hero, slap yourself in the face and go and buy it immediately. Secondly, Marvelous Entertainment has announced that an all-new HMH game is coming to XBLA this June, and we couldn't be happier!
The original had the player engage in a variety of curious 30 second mini-quests in order to save the world. It was insane, chaotic, and utterly brilliant, replete with sarcastic asides and tongue-in-cheek humour which, when presented in its charmingly nostalgic 8-bit form, made for a thoroughly endearing little package.
Apparently, according to the game's website, 'there are over 60 entire RPGs' in the game, 'each with its own leaderboard to earn medals and compete with friends'.
Half-Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax will launch on XBLA on June 29th, and will cost 800 MSP.
