Mount & Blade | £2.99 | Steam | PC

Are you looking for a truly non-linear RPG? If so, you should probably ask yourself why- but in the meantime, Mount & Blade comes pretty close to providing a fully open-ended roleplaying experience that doesn’t scrimp on the action. A huge medieval adventure awaits, with only the barest of storylines stringing it together. You’re pretty much free to carve your own destiny and explore the expansive game world at your own pace.

Which of course, brings all the usual problems of poor pacing and technical issues. Note that this is part of a package, but we reckon that it's a false saving.

false saving?
2.99 for the old game
3.99 for the newer old game
13.99 for the 2 old games and a brand spanking new game
= 7.01 to preorder the new one.
not really a false saving.
true, it will probably come down after a bit but then thats hardly something new is it?

It's a false saving in the sense that you're spending £13.99 instead of £2.99. ;) You're saving some theoretical cash, but still spending a fair bit.

If you want all the Mount & Blade titles, the bundle is the way to go. But if you're looking for a pocket money purchase, it's much better to cherry pick.
