Nintendo Wii + Wii Sports £134.85 @ ShopTo

We've seen a number of cracking Xbox deals and PS3 bundles over the last week or so, and now it seems it's Nintendo's turn. With the release of Wii MotionPlus, original launch bundles such as this one are finally going for under £140, meaning that you can now grab a Wii along with the still fantastically addictive Wii Sports for a bargain price.

ShopTo have had the Wii at this price for a while, although there have been several inconsistencies in stock, but if you can get your hands on one (in stock at the time of writing) it works out at around £15 cheaper than any other console package we can find online (the next cheapest price for the same bundle is over £60 at Asda!). Admittedly, you can pick up new console bundles with Wii Sports Resort and MotionPlus for just £149.99 from Amazon and Argos now, but if you're not fussed about MotionPlus, this little deal will still net you the console itself along with all of the necessary cables, a Wiimote, a Nunchuk and a copy of Wii Sports for a pretty pleasing price.

I personally think that this is a pretty good deal, especially if you're not too fussed about MotionPlus and want to save yourself £15. Wii Sports itself is incredibly simple, which is both a blessing and a curse as Resort has double if not triple the content, but it's still arguably the finest exponent of what the Wii is all about: swinging your arms around like a loon in front of colourful pictures that move along with you.

The real decision to make here is whether or not you want MotionPlus straight off of the bat. If the answer is yes, then it might be wiser to go for the Argos deal which includes both Wii Sports and its MotionPlus sequel, and also includes the MotionPlus dongle itself.

To be frank though, if you're not looking for a Wii to plunge oodles of cash into but just as a source for occasional family amusement, then I'd go for this deal and use the extra £15 you've saved to go towards another Wiimote and either a cheap copy of Wii Play or Wario Ware: Smooth Moves.
