Parents Accept Bethesda's Challenge, Name Son 'Dovahkiin'

Remember back in February when Bethesda launched a bizarre PR initiative, promising a mystery prize to any parents who named their child 'Dovahkiin' on 11/11/11? Well it turns out that one happy family did just that.

Dovahkiin Tom Kellermeyer was born on the day of Skyrim's release at 6:08pm PST to parents Megan and Eric Kellermeyer, who were awarded with free Bethesda games for life. Congrats folks! We wonder what he'll get called on the playground. 'Dovah'? 'DVK'? 'Captain Kiin'? best of luck and happiness to all concerned. [BethBlog]

It should be the kid who gets the free games for life... he's the one who has to live with it!

Well now they have won the prize, I'm sure they could change the kids name to something sensible.. Like Tyrone. Changing names (in the UK) is very easy to do.
