Whether you're psyched or cynical, there's no doubt that Motion Control is coming to next-gen consoles. Sony's Playstation Move peripheral caused a major shockwave at this years E3 by actually working in live demos, and many gamers are already considering preordering the package. Whilst Sony's officially priced the Move controller at around £39.99 (with most retailers sticking to that ballpark figure), GAME has lowered their preorder price to £34.99... which will save you a fiver. The subcontroller has also been reduced to £24.99, meaning that you'll be able to net the entire singleplayer package for under £60.

Note that GAME's preorder price promise means that you'll pay this figure even if it rises over the next 85 days- and you're free to cancel your order if we find a better deal!
If you haven't been paying attention to the latest developments, why not catch up on what Playstation Move promises to bring to the table in our E3 coverage? Basically, Move combines gyroscopic and accelerometer data with visual triangulation (by means of the Playstation Eye) to provide an extremely accurate motion control experience.
Whilst I'm personally still undecided about the viability and sustatinability of the motion control fad, the Playstation Move certainly seems to have a solid lineup of incoming titles. Natually, there'll be some forgettable minigame collections... but Sorcery, Time Crisis, Tron and SOCOM 4 provide some hardcore titles that utilise the technology in interesting ways. Naturally, we'll keep you updated with the latest Move developments!
