As well as announcing that they were putting the Playstation on a bigger diet to create the Super Slim PS3, Sony announced a move that will make for even greater value for Playstation Plus subscribers.
PS Plus is coming to the Vita this November.
There were no details on the Intant Game Collection at this time, but Sony took the stage at TGS to annouce that the service will be incorporated into the existing Playstation Plus service, meaning it'll be free to those who are already paying for PlayStation Plus on the PS3.
As with the PS3, PlayStation Plus on the Vita will allow for PS Store discounts, DLC, themes and more, not to mention unrestricted access to a revolving selection of titles both large and small.
Sony also said that subscribers will get an additional 1GB of online storage for games saves and synchronised data.
