We didn't last very long.
Though we'll be starting the second season of the PWNCAST later this month, we were rather missing our weekly recording sessions, chatting about the latest games, gaming news, and topics of interest, so here's a little additional podcast looking back over this year's summer. We all looked on nervously as more and more titles were pushed back into 2013, fearing the worst for 2012. But the delays have allowed for some other, perhaps less obvious games to shine through, and we've been pleasantly surprised to find that summer 2012 has kept us firmly glued to our screens with some barnstorming titles of serious quality.
Some of the things that get covered this week:
- Dust: An Elysian Tale - game of the year?
- Microsoft's relatively poor Summer of Arcade
- PSOne Vita goodness
- Sleeping Dogs
- Guild Wars II
- Darksiders II
- The Secret World's struggles
...and much, much more.
Parental Advisory: We've tried to keep it as conversational and informal as possible, and you should be warned that there may be quite a few instances of strong language.
