Eagle-eyed Rayman Legends players recently discovered that the Vita version is currently missing 28 levels compared to all other platforms. Thankfully Ubisoft has pledged to make them available soon with a free update.
"Due to a longer development time than expected, we couldn't initially include the Invasion Mode - essentially, a second take on existing Rayman Legends maps - in the Vita version of the game," Ubisoft communications manager Gary Steinman told CVG.
"However, we can confirm that the Invasion Mode will be added via a free patch, at a later date."
So that's good then. We reckon that the Vita version is going to look and play brilliantly on that luscious OLED touchscreen, but regardless of what platform you buy on (Wii U has some extra features FYI), Rayman Legends is possibly the best game of the year thus far.
