Capcom have announced that Remember Me will release on June 7th in Europe, by way of a new trailer that reveals more of memory hunter Nilin's backstory. Dontnod's third-person action game promises to deliver both a strong storyline, scope for exploration and combat with oversight from Street Fighter's Yoshinori Ono, set in the dystopian future of Neo-Paris.

It's slated to launch on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

Really liking how this game is shaping up, can't wait for the release and see what gamers think of it. Definitely a change from your usual gameplay about at the moment.

Looking forward to seeing how Remember Me shapes up, but I've seen nothing to assuage the fears I mentioned a few months back.

Ace, something to play in the Summer for once!

Ace, something to play in the Summer for once!

I actually found last summer to be jam-packed (loads of truly excellent and innovative games), but then again I'm all about PC indie titles...

This summer might well be a straight up brawl between Remember Me and The Last Of Us as far as big-name console titles are concerned, while next-gen dominates the expos.
