According to an MCV report, GAME have reached a "successful" resolution with several publishers after a crisis summit held last week. The event, which was subject to stringent NDAs, culminated with a "brave and compelling" speech from GAME CEO Ian Shepherd that outlined what GAME plan to do in order to weather the current financial storm. One (unnamed) publishing executive reportedly stated that "It’s important that GAME survives," and are "positive" that suppliers can come to an arrangement with the embattled retailer.
However, some firms are still "not convinced" by the measures... and there's just one problem. This summit apparently took place last week... before the sensational Mass Effect 3 stock failure. We may have to take this with a pinch of salt.
